Remarks: I do enjoy looking at what words are chosen to be CAPITALIZED in the original texts and which are not. It really says a lot between the lines so that the actual text requires less communication. To me, this is almost like reading sheet music because there is more there than just the notes, there is also how loud or soft, long or short, you play them. So the capitalizations are definitely indicative of volume, tonality, groupings and other meanings. For example, I believe that WE THE PEOPLE are completely capitalized because it does visually and textually reference an entire body of people as a whole without needing to explain that with additional text.
Also, looking at Order: We reference things “in order” to show something, but that’s not what it means here. It means WE are in ORDER as in together. Magnificent, yet easily overlooked. Why capitalize Union, Justice, Tranquility – but not defense- Welfare but not general- and Posterity?
